Players may also request the closure of their own account at any time by contacting ck111 support. If you close your account voluntarily, any real money balance will be returned to your verified payment method after standard processing checks. Bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.

Accounts that have been inactive for 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant. ck111 will attempt to contact the account holder before applying any dormancy policy. Dormant account fees, if applicable, will be clearly communicated before being applied.
